About STROWA

Consulting, project leadership and development under one roof

STROWA GmbH stands for independent SAP consulting with a clear focus on delivery. Our clients work with fixed points of contact who take responsibility.

Our projects range from manufacturing to banking, insurance, hospitals and public administration. The common thread is core processes in SAP that have to work in daily business, in procurement, logistics, production and administration.

For development and delivery peaks we work closely with our partner Exsapt. German-speaking SAP experts from nearshore countries such as Slovakia, Poland and Romania cover development, data migration, testing and consulting, during European working hours and at fair rates.

STROWA is led by Hubert Strohmeier, who has worked in SAP projects for more than three decades as an SAP consultant, SAP project manager and solution architect.

SAP releases four AI assistants for SAP Cloud ERP transformations to early adopters

SAP is making four Migration and Modernization Assistants available to customers in its Early Adopter programme. The Data Management Assistant analyses data quality and ranks issues by business impact, the Test Management Assistant defines test scope, test cases and test data and hands them to SAP Test Automation by Tricentis. The Custom Code Assistant assesses custom developments against clean core principles for the move to SAP Cloud ERP Private, while the Business Configuration Assistant recommends configurations and keeps an audit trail of deviations. Further assistants for system analysis, project management and regional rollouts are announced without a release date.

SAP TechEd 2026 brings open agent protocols to Joule Work and new tools to Joule Studio

At SAP TechEd in Berlin, SAP extended Joule Work with agentic planning for multistep workflows. Agents collaborate through the open protocols Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent, and third-party agents can invoke Joule Agents through a governed gateway. Joule Studio gains observability and admin controls for agent behaviour, model usage and spend as well as a connection to n8n workflows, with a choice of more than 70 AI models. SAP also announced the SAP Enterprise AI Gateway for centralised control of AI traffic, and the tabular model SAP-RPT-2.0 now covers anomaly and outlier detection. Running custom agents on the SAP-managed Joule Studio runtime remains free for select customers through December 2026.

SAP tops ten billion euros in quarterly revenue for the first time

In the third quarter of 2026, SAP's cloud revenue rose 26 percent to 6.67 billion euros and Cloud ERP Suite revenue grew 29 percent to 5.92 billion euros. Total revenue reached 10.27 billion euros, the first time SAP has exceeded ten billion euros in a quarter, while non-IFRS operating profit climbed 18 percent to 3.03 billion euros. Current cloud backlog stands at 24.1 billion euros. For 2026 SAP now expects cloud revenue towards the upper end of its 25.8 to 26.2 billion euro range, with the operating profit outlook unchanged.

Maintenance for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 ends in 2027, move to SAP Cloud ALM seen as manageable

Mainstream maintenance for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 ends on 31 December 2027. The often quoted 2030 deadline applies only to customers with extended maintenance for SAP Business Suite 7, everyone else falls into customer-specific maintenance after 2027. SAP Cloud ALM monitors cloud services and on-premise systems in a single interface, handles central transport management and is available to eligible customers without additional licence fees. According to the article by service provider Entplexit, tenant provisioning takes minutes and setting up the operations part about two person-days, with a staged transition in parallel operation recommended.

Nestlé uses SAP AI agents in accounts receivable

In its new SAP finance system, Nestlé uses the Joule Accounts Receivable Assistant, which ranks overdue invoices by risk and suggests next steps to collectors. Four agents prepare account insights, send follow-up emails, handle contested invoices and assemble documentation for dispute cases. The move to SAP S/4HANA spans 140 countries, with 50,000 users in 112 countries migrated in the first phase.
