Projects rarely slip for technical reasons. More often what is missing is someone who drives decisions, keeps dependencies in view and raises uncomfortable topics early rather than shortly before go-live.
We take on such roles for a defined period, as interim project manager, workstream lead, solution architect or leading a consulting team, for Swiss companies and public administrations. Where additional capacity is needed, we add it through our partner Exsapt. Its nearshore network spans several European countries, including Slovakia, Poland and Romania. From there we draw experienced, German-speaking SAP specialists for development, data migration, testing and consulting.

What workload do you take on?
Two to five days per week is typical. For architecture and sparring roles one day is often enough, provided it happens reliably.
How quickly can you start?
Depending on our workload, within two to four weeks. For urgent cases, ask directly, sometimes it is faster.
Do you work through recruitment agencies?
Both routes are possible. The direct route is usually faster and cheaper for you.
