Project management
Full accountability for planning, steering, budget and reporting to the management board.
Temporary reinforcement for key roles in projects and in the line. For when a position is open, or a programme needs more leadership than is available internally.
Projects rarely slip for technical reasons. More often what is missing is someone who drives decisions, keeps dependencies in view and raises uncomfortable topics early rather than shortly before go-live.
We take on such roles for a defined period: project management, workstream lead, solution architecture or leading a consulting team.
Where additional capacity is needed, we add it through our partner Exsapt: a pool of experienced, German-speaking SAP specialists in Slovakia for development, data migration, testing and consulting.
For a defined period, with a clear mandate and a defined end.
Full accountability for planning, steering, budget and reporting to the management board.
Leading one stream, for example logistics, procurement or data migration, inside a larger programme.
Accountability for the parts fitting together and for decisions being documented in a traceable way.
An honest assessment of projects that have run off course, with a realistic plan for the remainder.
Bridging an open position in the SAP or supply chain organisation until the permanent successor arrives.
Additional consultants and developers for delivery peaks, nearshore through our partner Exsapt.
For interim assignments we count in weeks, not in months.
More than 35 years of SAP practice means the role is filled from the first week, not from the second month.
We work towards the handover from the start, not towards an extension.
Two to five days per week is typical. For architecture and sparring roles one day is often enough, provided it happens reliably.
Depending on our workload, within two to four weeks. For urgent cases, ask directly, sometimes it is faster.
Both routes are possible. The direct route is usually faster and cheaper for you.
Tell us which role is open and from when. We will come back with a concrete proposal.
